Give 'Em What They Want!


Britain's Tesco supermarket chain claims that "an increasing number of 
customers" has been asking which of their pies are best for throwing.  To 
answer the question, it has ordered its staff to test store-made cream and 
fruit pies by tossing them into each other's faces.

"Obviously we prefer our customers to eat cream cakes rather than fling them,"
a spokesman said.  "But since we can't stop the trend, the most we can hope 
to do is offer good advice."
