Business Trip Bonus?


When my husband was in training for his profession, he would be gone all week 
and come home on weekends.  One weekend before he left to go back, he said to
me, "Honey, next weekend when I come home, we will have a romantic evening.  
Wear something sexy!"

So, the night he was to arrive home, I got the children tucked into bed early 
and set the table for a candlelight dinner, and prepared myself for his arrival.
I heard his car pull up, and I hid behind the door.

When he opened it, I jumped out, opened my housecoat and said, "Ta Da!"

The only problem is that he wasn't alone.  Three of his fellow trainees were 
with him.  I was in the buff....  All of them saw me standing there presenting
myself with opened coat. My husband had forgotten about our romantic evening.

I ran upstairs as fast as I could and stayed there until everyone left. This 
happened 20 years ago, and to this day, his co-workers still tease him about 
that night.
